US customer context
These US terms apply to the English USD pages under /us/. Federal and state rules may create rights or obligations that cannot be waived by these working terms. No clause here should be read as removing a mandatory right that applies to a particular transaction.
TokBlaze is operated by QCR Tech Services LLC, a New York limited liability company (DOS ID 7550871), at the address published in the footer. No telephone support line or selected state governing-law clause is claimed. The support route is support@tokblaze.com; keep the package, USD price, public target, checkout confirmation and order reference shown for the transaction.
Truthful promotion and supplied engagement
Customers remain responsible for how they describe purchased engagement. The FTC's advertising guidance explains the federal principle that advertising must be truthful, not misleading and supported where claims require evidence.
Do not present supplied followers, likes, views, comments or shares as independent customer approval, organic US reach or a guaranteed business result. Comments must not contain fabricated customer experiences or unsupported claims, and any material commercial connection should be disclosed when required.
Agreement and scope
These terms describe the intended relationship between a customer and TokBlaze when browsing the site, using a free tool, contacting support or ordering a social-media growth service. By placing an order, you ask for the selected service to be delivered to the public target you provide.
These are working terms that still require owner verification and qualified legal review. They do not identify a governing jurisdiction, company address or dispute forum because those details have not been supplied and should not be invented. Rights that apply to you under mandatory law are not displaced simply because a website term says otherwise.
Services offered
TokBlaze offers packages for TikTok followers, TikTok likes, TikTok views, TikTok comments and TikTok shares, together with additional services and free tools described on their own pages. Each page explains the target type, available quantities and intended delivery flow.
Purchased engagement changes a metric or visible activity. It does not purchase audience loyalty, watch time, sales, brand deals, monetisation eligibility or favourable algorithmic treatment. Use the service description and current checkout details, not an assumption based on another provider's offer.
Platform relationship and rules
TokBlaze is independent and is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, Instagram or Meta. Their names identify the platforms on which a public target exists; they do not indicate a partnership.
Purchasing followers or engagement may violate the rules of the relevant platform. Enforcement and platform behaviour are outside TokBlaze's control and can change without notice. You are responsible for deciding whether to proceed with that known risk. A platform may remove delivered activity, restrict features or take other action under its own terms.
Public targets and no-password policy
The current checkout may request a public username, a public-content link or a username followed by post selection. Keep the intended target public and accessible while delivery is underway. Private, deleted, renamed, restricted or incorrectly selected targets can delay or prevent fulfilment.
TokBlaze does not require your social-media password, login code or account-recovery information. Do not provide those credentials at checkout or in support email. If anyone claiming to represent TokBlaze asks for account access, stop and report the message to support@tokblaze.com.
Your responsibility for order accuracy
Check the service, quantity, provider tier, price, currency and public target before confirming payment. Delivery follows the package identifier and target associated with the order. A typo or wrong post selection can direct activity to the wrong public account or video, and delivery already performed may not be reversible.
For post-level services, confirm the specific public video if the checkout presents a selector, or paste the exact content link if that is what it requests. For custom comments, any text you provide must be lawful, relevant to the video and free from personal data or abuse. Contact support promptly if the confirmation does not match what you intended.
Pricing, currency and checkout
The service page displays package pricing available to the site at build time, and the external checkout page presents the amount to be paid. Review the checkout total before authorising payment. If the service page and checkout disagree, do not proceed; report the discrepancy so it can be corrected.
Checkout is operated through a third-party page. Its payment interface and any additional terms it displays should be reviewed before purchase. TokBlaze does not promise that a listed package will remain available indefinitely, and should disable or update an offer when current availability is known to have changed.
Delivery and customer cooperation
Delivery normally cannot begin until the target is public, accessible and correctly identified. Start and completion times vary with service type, quantity, provider capacity and platform conditions. Statements such as “starts within minutes” describe the intended normal flow, not a guaranteed deadline for every order.
Do not change the username, remove the post, make the target private or place overlapping orders for the same metric while delivery is active unless support advises otherwise. Those actions can make progress difficult to measure and can prevent a provider from completing or diagnosing the order.
Quality, attrition and refills
Social-media metrics can rise and fall after delivery. Platforms remove accounts and activity, users change behaviour, and provider sources vary. A claim that engagement can never drop would be misleading, so these terms make no zero-drop or permanent-retention promise.
Where an order is eligible for a refill, the practical remedy is additional delivery rather than a cash refund for activity that has already been supplied. Eligibility depends on the order record and the refill terms applicable to that service; no universal refill duration is invented here. See the Refund Policy and contact support with the order reference.
Results that are not guaranteed
TokBlaze does not control a platform's recommendation system, moderation, eligibility rules or audience. An order therefore does not guarantee virality, organic followers, engagement from the delivered accounts, sales, leads, search ranking, LIVE viewers, monetisation or account safety.
Purchased activity should supplement real content rather than replace it. The customer remains responsible for content quality, platform compliance, audience communication and any business decision made using the resulting metrics.
Prohibited use
Do not use TokBlaze to harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate; manipulate a public vote or regulated decision; promote unlawful material; target a person without authority; distribute malware; test stolen payment details; interfere with the site; or attempt to bypass checkout, security or package restrictions.
Do not resell or describe the service using promises TokBlaze itself does not make. An agency may order for an authorised client, but it remains responsible for accurate representations to that client and for obtaining permission to submit the target.
Free tools and trial services
Free generators and analysers provide automated suggestions or calculations. Their output can be incomplete, repetitive or unsuitable for a particular audience. Review it before publishing and do not treat a generated caption, hashtag set or profile estimate as professional, legal or platform advice.
A free trial may be limited in availability and handled manually. A trial is not a promise that every request will be fulfilled or that the same quantity will remain available. No payment should be required for a page expressly presented as a free trial; report any conflicting request to support.
Refunds, cancellations and corrections
Refund and refill requests are governed by the facts of the order and the Refund Policy. Contact support as soon as you notice a wrong target, duplicate order, unavailable service or delivery problem. A request is easier to resolve before delivery begins than after activity has already been supplied.
Nothing in these terms creates a guaranteed outcome or fixed refund-processing deadline. It also does not remove any non-waivable rights that may apply to a customer. Support should explain the order status and proposed remedy rather than rely on a generic refusal.
Third-party services and links
The site links to social platforms and uses external systems for functions such as checkout, analytics, email and fulfilment. Those services are operated by other parties and may have their own terms, privacy practices, availability and security controls.
A link or technical integration does not mean TokBlaze controls that third party. If an external checkout or platform is unavailable, TokBlaze may be unable to accept or complete the affected order until the dependency is restored or an appropriate remedy is agreed.
Site content and intellectual property
The TokBlaze name, original site copy, design and generated site assets may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. You may use the site for its intended purpose, but should not copy the site wholesale, remove attribution from original material or present TokBlaze branding as your own.
TikTok, Instagram and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. References on this site are descriptive and do not transfer any rights in those marks or imply endorsement.
Responsibility and limits
Use of purchased engagement involves known platform, reputational and commercial risks. To the extent a limitation is legally permitted, TokBlaze should not be treated as responsible for indirect business outcomes, platform decisions or losses caused by an inaccurate target, private account, deleted post or conduct outside its control.
The exact legal effect of any limitation depends on facts and applicable law. These working terms do not claim to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and they do not substitute for a properly reviewed limitation drafted for the operator's actual legal entity and markets.
Changes, consistency and legal review
These terms should be updated when the service catalogue, checkout, delivery process or support remedies materially change. A date should move because the text or operation changed, not simply because the site was rebuilt.
The owner must verify these terms against real operations and obtain qualified legal review before relying on them for live sales. If a service page, checkout statement and these terms conflict, pause the affected claim or sale and correct the inconsistency rather than choosing whichever wording is most convenient afterward.
