US DMCA and Copyright Policy

How to send a copyright notice or counter-notice concerning material on tokblaze.com to the verified US operator.

Last updated

Working policy notice

This is a US-facing working policy, not a claim of lawyer review or universal federal and state compliance. The verified operator is QCR Tech Services LLC, a New York limited liability company (DOS ID 7550871); no unverified telephone number or governing-law term has been invented.

US operator and statutory context

TokBlaze is operated by QCR Tech Services LLC, a New York limited liability company (DOS ID 7550871). Copyright notices and counter-notices may be sent to support@tokblaze.com using the required information below.

The counter-notice language references 17 U.S.C. §512 where that statutory process applies. Publishing this route does not state that the company has registered a designated agent with the US Copyright Office or that every safe-harbor requirement is met.

How a notice is reviewed

Receipt of an email does not automatically establish infringement. The operator may verify that the notice identifies material on this site, request missing information, preserve relevant records, restrict or remove material, or decline a request that is incomplete, misdirected or unsupported.

No fixed removal or response deadline is promised. Urgency, completeness, technical access and the need to assess lawful uses can affect the review. Where appropriate, the person who supplied affected material may receive a copy or summary of the notice.

Counter-notices

If material you supplied was restricted because of a copyright notice and you believe that happened through mistake or misidentification, email support@tokblaze.com with the subject “Copyright counter-notice”.

  • Identify the removed or restricted material and where it appeared before the action
  • State under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification
  • Provide your name, postal address and telephone number
  • State your consent to the jurisdiction required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g), where that statutory process applies, and to accept service from the original notifier or its agent
  • Add your physical or electronic signature

Misrepresentation, restoration and repeat issues

Do not knowingly submit a false infringement claim or counter-notice. Misrepresentations can harm creators and operators and may expose the sender to liability. Consider fair use, licences and other lawful authority before making a claim.

Where a valid statutory counter-notice process applies, restoration timing and notice to the original claimant are handled according to the applicable procedure and verified facts. Nothing on this page guarantees restoration or prevents the operator from restricting material for another lawful or contractual reason.

Repeated, substantiated infringement connected with material hosted by TokBlaze may lead to additional restrictions where operationally applicable. Because the current public site does not provide customer publishing accounts, this is not presented as an account-termination programme that does not exist.
