What we collect
TokBlaze collects the public social media username or public post link you submit with an order, the email address you contact us from, and standard server logs including IP address and browser user agent.
We do not collect, request or store social media passwords. No feature of this site requires account access, and any message asking you for a password is not from us.
Free tools
The hashtag generator, caption generator, bio generator and profile analyser run in your browser. The values you type into them are not transmitted to our servers and are not stored.
How we use it
Order information is used to fulfil the order and to respond to support requests. Server logs are used for security and to diagnose faults.
We do not sell personal information. Order details are shared with delivery providers only to the extent needed to fulfil the order.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@tokblaze.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, and we will honour those where they apply.
