Decision guide

Plan the video, quantity and wording before you order

Checkout for this package needs two things only: a link to the public video and how many comments to add, chosen from the package tier that fits it. That one-time order covers that video alone, so plan the quantity and any wording before you pay.

This UK page only sets local pricing and payment details; it makes no claim about where supplied comments come from. Save the confirmation once it arrives — it carries the order reference the tracker and site chat both need.

Creator in United Kingdom reviewing comment wording before an order on one public video

What 'auto' means for one video, not a running plan

The word auto describes delivery pacing once you order, not a plan that follows future uploads. Pick a quantity from the auto comments package, then paste a link to the public video it applies to — nothing else is asked for. That order covers only that video; a clip posted next week needs its own separate order.

This differs from the standard comments service, where some buyers expect ongoing coverage; here only the pacing is continuous, not the target. It also differs from comment likes, which lift comments already on a thread rather than add fresh discussion beneath the video.

Choosing a video and a quantity that fit its numbers

Creator in United Kingdom confirming the single public video that will receive comments

Pick a video whose subject gives a stranger something worth reacting to — a clear opinion, a product moment or a question — not a clip with nothing to respond to. Copy the video link straight from the browser bar so the public target matches what a viewer would open, and confirm it is still visible before ordering.

Judge the quantity against the video's own numbers, not the package tier's top figure: a total that dwarfs the existing thread and its view count reads as manufactured, while one close to its engagement rate and per-unit cost looks like ordinary discussion.

Reviewing comment wording before you order

If checkout for this package offers a comment wording field, treat every line as a sentence your account will visibly own. Nothing in the wording should invent a customer experience, a delivery date or an outcome that did not happen, and nothing should imply an unpaid viewer wrote it if the arrangement is a commercial one.

Read it back as a stranger scrolling past would: does any line pretend to be an unprompted first impression, or hint at a relationship that is not real? If wording is not offered, the delivered comments follow a general, neutral tone instead.

Deciding who moderates the thread, and when

Moderator in United Kingdom keeping a comment thread tidy after a comment order

Name a moderation owner before the order goes live — you, a hired community manager or an agency acting for your creator account. That person should check the thread as delivery starts, reply to any genuine question a real viewer asks, and remove anything odd, since an unattended comment thread is easy to spot.

Time it around your content calendar too: moderate as delivery paces out, especially near a campaign window when a video draws more outside attention than usual. Checking the thread daily during that window protects thread quality and catches problems early.

What to measure afterward, and what it can't tell you

After delivery, track what a supplied comment cannot manufacture: genuine questions, reply handling that becomes a conversation, visits to the account, and any measurable outcome you can trace to a click, such as a sale. Compare these against an analytics baseline taken before the order, not the raw comment count.

None of that tells you where the comments came from, and a rising count alone is not audience response or genuine social proof if nobody is engaging. Treat the delivered quantity as one input to a growth strategy, not proof of it, before pitching a brand collaboration.

Paying in pounds: approval steps and getting help

Cards are charged in GBP at the amount the package tier shows, so the statement should match what you saw before confirming. Most UK banks push a Strong Customer Authentication prompt to the banking app during checkout, so keep your phone handy, and check with your card issuer beforehand about any overseas-merchant fee.

Keep the checkout confirmation as your order reference and as the record a sole trader or limited company files; a VAT invoice is not promised, since the payment provider named at checkout sets its own tax paperwork. If a problem needs review, the refund process checks delivery, quantity and whether the video stayed public, without touching your statutory rights.

Platform policy risk, sponsored disclosure and where activity comes from

Purchased engagement can sit against TikTok's own platform guidelines on authentic activity, and TikTok can act on supplying accounts at any time, which is why a comment quantity can fall later. When a video is genuinely sponsored, UK advertising rules require that relationship to be obvious to anyone scrolling past, and the account holder carries that responsibility regardless of how the count was reached.

None of the currency or checkout detail on this page says where a supplied comment or the account behind it is located, and TokBlaze makes no such claim. Treat this page as pricing and buying information for this market only, and read TikTok's own guidelines and creator tools, linked below, before ordering.

At checkout, both a public video URL and a comment count are collected. The order covers that link alone; future posts are not included. Delivery is progressive. TikTok's rules may affect purchased engagement, and comment counts are not permanent.

Buy TikTok Auto Comments — questions

Will my bank send a Strong Customer Authentication prompt when I pay?
Most banks here push an approval prompt to your banking app before an online card transaction confirms. Have the app accessible at the payment step. Card details are managed solely by our third-party payment processor, not TokBlaze. Save the confirmation email once checkout completes.
Is the charge in pounds, or does my bank convert from another currency?
The package is billed in GBP at the amount shown on the package card. Whether your card issuer applies a fee for an overseas merchant depends on that issuer's own terms. Verify your card's conditions before paying and confirm the final total on the external checkout screen.
What proof of purchase do I get for my business records?
The checkout confirmation is your proof of purchase — keep it for sole-trader or limited-company bookkeeping. VAT treatment follows the payment provider named at checkout, not TokBlaze, so a VAT invoice is never promised here; expect one only if that checkout screen states it issues one. Record the delivered quantity separately in your own reporting.
Can I cancel or change an order after checkout?
Once delivery has started on your one-time order, the portion already supplied is treated as delivered, in line with the digital-content rules for services that begin with your consent inside the standard cancellation window. Contact support with your order reference quickly if something looks wrong; your wider statutory rights under consumer law are unaffected either way.
Do ASA CAP Code and CMA rules apply to videos with purchased comments?
Sponsored content must carry a clear disclosure label regardless of comment count. CMA guidance covers misleading endorsements and hidden advertising. Comments fabricating customer experience or concealing a commercial relationship create risk under both frameworks, and the account owner is responsible for every comment visible beneath the post.
How should I time an order around Black Friday and the Christmas run-up?
Order before the pitching season rather than during active brand evaluation. Managers scrutinising creators are most attentive around the Christmas run-up, Black Friday, Easter and Mother's Day. A count that shifts while a sponsor is already watching is the least useful outcome — let delivery conclude before scrutiny peaks.
How do the GMT and BST clock changes affect campaign scheduling?
Clocks advance on the last Sunday in March and revert on the last Sunday in October. If a launch falls near either date, record the audience's local time and its UTC equivalent so the schedule remains accurate. Progressive delivery carries no fixed endpoint, so the clock change does not interrupt a running order.
Does ordering through this page mean comments come from accounts based here?
No. GBP pricing and consumer-contract guidance are features of the purchasing experience only; they say nothing about the geographic origin of supplied activity. TokBlaze makes no claim that delivered accounts are located in the United Kingdom. Treat the supplied total as a change to a public comment thread.
Can I review or customise comment wording before delivery?
Whether a wording field appears depends on what the external checkout shows at the time — verify there rather than assuming it is available. If custom text is offered, keep it accurate and free of fabricated claims. Check the current checkout screen for wording options before completing your order.
Can an agency order on behalf of a client?
Yes, with the account owner's written authority. Use one order reference per client video, size the quantity to that video's existing engagement, and retain the confirmation email for bookkeeping. Record supplied comments apart from organic replies and never include a purchased total in engagement figures given to a brand without clear disclosure.
What should I record before and after placing an order?
Before checkout, note the existing comment count and relevant baseline figures. After delivery, track genuine replies and attributable actions over a realistic window. Keep the supplied count as a separate line in any internal report and exclude it from metrics presented to brand partners as evidence of earned response.
What happens if the comment count falls after delivery finishes?
When TikTok removes or restricts supplying accounts, comment totals on affected content can drop. For a material shortfall, open site chat with your reference number, or raise the matter through the contact page — the UK refund policy sets out what the assessment considers. Submitting a request alone does not trigger a refill or refund.
