Canadian refund and dispute context
This policy describes the operational review of a digital-service order and does not replace mandatory federal or provincial rights. A review uses the actual service, CAD payment, public-target status and delivery record.
Email support@tokblaze.com with the order reference, package, public target and concise issue. Duplicate charges, non-delivery, material under-delivery and an eligible cancellation before delivery require different evidence and may have different remedies.
Purpose of this policy
This working policy explains how TokBlaze intends to assess requests involving cancellation, unavailable service, failed or partial delivery, drops after delivery, duplicate orders and incorrect targets. It is designed to produce an order-specific answer rather than a blanket promise that ignores what has already been delivered.
It does not state a fixed refund or refill window, processing deadline or governing consumer regime because those details have not been verified by the owner. Applicable mandatory rights may differ by location and are not removed by this page. Owner verification and qualified legal review remain necessary.
Information needed to review a request
Email support@tokblaze.com with the order reference, selected service, public username or selected content link, a concise description of the problem and any relevant confirmation message. Do not send a social-media password, login code or complete payment credential.
Support must be able to identify the correct order and distinguish non-delivery from a normal fluctuation in a public count. Screenshots can help when they show the target and metric, but crop out unrelated private information. A missing order reference may delay investigation because a public target can have more than one order.
Order status is checked before a remedy
The appropriate remedy depends on whether payment was confirmed, delivery began, some or all of the quantity was delivered, the target remained accessible and the service was available. Support should check those facts before deciding between correction, restart, refill, partial refund or full refund.
A displayed count alone may not show which activity belongs to a particular order, especially when other promotions or overlapping orders are running. Customers should avoid placing another order for the same target and metric until the first issue has been reviewed.
Cancellation before delivery starts
If support confirms that delivery has not started, a cancellation request may be approved for a full refund. Contact support promptly because many services are intended to begin soon after checkout, and a request sent after activity starts is no longer a simple cancellation.
This section does not promise that every message received before a customer notices movement arrived before the fulfilment system began work. The relevant fact is the verified order status, together with any rights that apply to the transaction.
Partial delivery
When an order stops after only part of the quantity is delivered, the first step is to determine whether delivery can safely resume. If it can, completing the purchased quantity is normally the most direct remedy. If it cannot, the undelivered portion may be eligible for a proportional refund.
A partial refund should be based on the actual order and undelivered value, not an invented percentage. Support should explain the count or status used in the calculation and account for any activity already supplied.
When a refill may be the remedy
Some follower, like or other engagement orders can lose activity after delivery. Where the order is refill-eligible, a refill means supplying additional activity to restore a material shortfall rather than refunding activity that was initially delivered.
Refill eligibility depends on the service and order record. This policy does not invent a universal refill duration or zero-drop threshold. Contact support with evidence of the material change so the order can be checked against the terms that actually applied to it.
Normal attrition and platform removals
Social platforms remove accounts and activity, and public counts can fluctuate. A small change does not necessarily mean an order failed. TokBlaze does not promise permanent retention for TikTok follower orders or zero loss on any engagement service.
Where a drop is material and the order qualifies, support should assess a refill. Where it does not qualify, support should explain why rather than rely on an unsupported claim that drops never happen. Platform-wide removals and enforcement are outside TokBlaze's control.
Wrong, private, renamed or deleted targets
Delivery relies on the exact public target submitted or selected. If a username is misspelled, the wrong post is selected, a content link is incorrect, the account becomes private, the handle changes or the post is deleted, the service may pause, fail or reach an unintended target.
Contact support immediately. Activity already delivered to the submitted public target may not be recoverable or refundable. If nothing was delivered and the target can be corrected, support may be able to restart or update the order. The result depends on verified status, not a blanket assumption.
Completed orders
An order that delivered the purchased service to the correct public target is not ordinarily refundable merely because the customer later changes strategy, removes the content or no longer wants the metric. Digital delivery cannot necessarily be withdrawn once supplied.
That does not prevent a customer from reporting a real quantity, quality or billing problem. Support should investigate evidence that the confirmation was inaccurate, the target was wrong through no fault of the customer or the delivered service materially differed from the selected package.
Algorithmic and business outcomes
A refund is not based solely on whether a video went viral, gained organic followers, produced sales or qualified for a platform feature. TokBlaze supplies the selected metric; it does not control TikTok's recommendation system or the behaviour of viewers who encounter the content.
That distinction applies across likes on TikTok videos, TikTok view packages, custom or standard comments and TikTok share delivery. A genuine non-delivery problem remains reviewable even when the hoped-for business outcome was also missed.
Duplicate and overlapping orders
If the same order appears to have been paid twice, contact support with both references before either is completed. A verified duplicate that has not begun may be cancelled. If both have already delivered, separating the activity can be impossible, so the remedy must reflect what was actually supplied.
Overlapping orders from TokBlaze and another provider can also make counts unreliable and may cause delivery systems to interfere with one another. Pause additional purchases while a disputed order is being measured.
Free trials, promotions and discounts
A genuinely free trial has no purchase price to refund. If the trial fails, support may be able to retry it, but availability is not guaranteed. A promotional code or discounted order is assessed using the amount actually paid and the service actually purchased.
A discount does not remove the obligation to supply the paid service, and it does not convert a completed order into a refundable one. Any promotion-specific restriction should be visible before checkout rather than introduced only after a request is made.
Refund method and processing
An approved refund should normally be routed through an appropriate method associated with the transaction, subject to what the checkout and payment systems support. TokBlaze should not ask for a social-media password or unrelated banking credential to process it.
This policy does not promise a fixed arrival time. Processing can involve the checkout provider, payment network and customer's financial institution. Support should confirm when a refund has been initiated and provide the relevant reference when available, without claiming control over a third party's posting time.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
Contacting support first can resolve wrong-target, duplicate, partial-delivery and unavailable-service problems with the order evidence in one place. Nothing here requires a customer to surrender rights they may have through a payment provider or applicable law.
Knowingly presenting a completed order as wholly undelivered is not an honest dispute. Equally, TokBlaze should not use a generic delivery screenshot to dismiss a well-supported complaint without checking the correct target, package and quantity.
Decisions, changes and legal review
Support decisions should identify the order status, the remedy offered and the reason. If information is missing, the customer should be told what is needed. An internal provider problem should not be disguised as customer error.
This is a substantial working policy, not a statement that a lawyer has approved the operation. The owner must verify checkout behaviour, provider remedies and applicable consumer obligations, then obtain qualified legal review. The visible updated date should change only when this policy actually changes.
